Signing Day

Congratulations to these seven seniors on Signing Day for committing to continuing their athletic careers as student athletes: Nevaeh Arnold, volleyball at Johnson & Wales University; Isaac Bealer, basketball at Southeastern University; John Hicks, lacrosse at Hofstra University; Jaime Ketter, softball at Brown University; Isabel Kirby, softball at Dartmouth College; Max Tucker, track and field at the University of Georgia; Marley Washington, wrestling at Davidson College.

NEVAEH ARNOLD

Coach Claire Morgan: Nevaeh has been a staple on our team the last four years, and has a presence that really sets the tone. She will be missed, but has a bright future ahead of her. Nevaeh has grown and matured so much and I can’t wait to see her continued growth at the next level.

Coach Jay Slone: Isaac is one of the most charismatic, uplifting players I have had the pleasure of working with. It seems that he finds a way to light up every room he steps in. We have only been working together a few short months and I can tell how much he cares about basketball and this program. I am excited to see him continue his journey next year at Southeastern University and support him the rest of his life!"

JOHN HICKS

Coach Trey Arnold: John's work ethic ia unmatched. It's truly remarkable to witness his journey, evolving from an okay midfielder to a first-team all-state caliber player in less than a year. His success isn't the result of chance. He has earned every bit of it through his determination and relentless effort. I can't wait to see him continue to grow and, most importantly, thrive at the next level!

JAIME KETTER
Brown University, softball 
Coach Jamey Woods: Jaime is the type of player every coach wants on their team: a great leader, a hard worker, a student of the game, and most importantly an amazing teammate!
Awards/Accolades/Stats: Jaime has been All-Region, All-State, or both every year of her softball career. She has been one of the top offensive and defensive players every year and even led the teams in home runs last season.  

ISABEL KIRBY

Dartmouth College, softball
Coach Jamey Woods: Isabel is a special player. She is most often the best player on the field at any game, and an even better person off the field. She is a dream player for any coach to have.
Awards and Accolades: 
Isabel has been the team leader and starting pitcher all 4 years of high school.  
She has been either All-Region or All-State, or both every year, including back-to-back Region Player of the Year.

MAX TUCKER
University of Georgia, Track & Field
Coach Jordan Snellings: Max is an excellent student-athlete. He is by far the leader of our team and one of the most gifted athletes I have ever coached. He will be an asset both on and off the track for UGA athletics. He genuinely enjoys running and would workout every day if he could.
In the classroom, he is an A-student and is the epitome of a well-rounded student-athlete. I am looking forward to him competing collegiately as well as professionally in track and field. Lord willing, in the near future I hope to be in attendance and watch him live out some of his biggest track and field dreams!

MARLEY WASHINGTON
Davidson College, wrestling
Coach Josh Merry: Of my 20 years of coaching, Marley is one of the hardest-working wrestlers I've ever had the honor to coach. His work ethic is like no other. He truly sets the example of what hard work looks like. I've never had to tell him to do something twice. Not only is Marley great at setting the example on the wrestling mat, he is also an excellent student-athlete in the classroom and community. It's truly been a blessing coaching him and I wish him the best!
