Murray ACADEMY

The Murray Academy is a full-day preschool program for three-year-old and four-year-old students in the state-of-the-art Stuart and Eulene Murray Academy, located on the Lower School campus of Mount Pisgah Christian School.

Students engage with learning in a loving environment through interactive activities and play. With small classroom sizes, teachers prepare Preschool 3 and 4 students for the next stage of learning.

Students participate in chapel, art, music, P.E. and STEAM classes two times each week.

Children grow their faith foundation as they sing and dance in chapel and learn Bible stories.

Curriculum

Formal instruction and curriculum are strategically introduced to prepare children for school. Areas of focus include fine and gross motor skills and social and emotional development. The concepts of language arts, math, and science are introduced in engaging activities and through the arts and experiments.

Schedule

The Murray Academy program schedule is Monday through Friday and follows the Mount Pisgah Christian School calendar.

For our preschool students, the majority of instruction is completed in the morning, followed by an afternoon that includes lunchtime, snack time, and rest time.

The Murray Academy Program: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.


     Before Care: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m., $500 per semester
     After Care: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., $1,500 per semester


Summer camps for current PK3 and PK 4 students are offered on campus in June and July.
