The Mount Pisgah Private Music Lessons is an extracurricular extension of the MPCS Fine Arts program.

MPCS takes pride in our talented music faculty, dedicated to nurturing young musical minds. These highly skilled instructors offer exceptional private music lessons after school to students. If you are interested in taking lessons in voice, piano, horns, woodwinds, or strings.

• $490 for half-hour lessons over 1 semester
• Full-Hour Private Lessons - $850 for full-hour lessons over 1 semester

PRIVATE MUSIC LESSON INSTRUCTORS

	GENESIS BEASLEY Genesis Beasley is a vocal coach, performing arts educator, and the Founder & Creative Director of Your Audience Awaits You (YAAY) With over a decade of professional experience in music, theater, and youth development, Genesis is passionate about creating a supportive environment where every child feels seen, encouraged, and empowered to grow. At Mount Pisgah Christian School, she teaches voice and piano, helping students build strong musical foundations while discovering the joy and confidence that come from performance.
	ANN DANCY Ann Dancy has been a dedicated educator at the MPCS Arts Academy since 2019. Her teaching career began in the Georgia public school system, where she spent 30 years nurturing students and fostering their love for music. She pursued her academic interests in music by earning a Bachelor of Music Education from Georgia Southern University, followed by a Master of Music Education from The Florida State University. She also attained an Educational Specialist degree in Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University. She currently offers 30 & 60 minute lessons in voice, piano and violin.
	ANISHA LEWIS Anisha Lewis is the Band Director and Fine Arts Director at Mount Pisgah Christian School. She holds a degree in Music Education from Georgia College & State University and offers 30 or 60 minute private lessons in trumpet, French horn, euphonium, trombone, saxophone, and clarinet. Anisha loves being part of students’ musical and creative development and is passionate about helping young musicians grow in skill, confidence, and artistry.
	JENNIFER LUO Wanbing (Jennifer) Luo holds a Masters of Music degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy and a Bachelors of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Georgia. Jennifer’s teaching experience includes students ranging from age five through adults. She has taught in both private and group/class piano settings Throughout her years of instruction, her students have earned top marks and awards from festivals. She currently offers 30-minutes to 60-minutes piano lessons.
	KELLY PUGH Kelly has served as the Lower School Music Teacher for the past five years. She holds a degree in Music Education from GCSU and is passionate about fostering creativity, confidence, and a love of music in her students through thoughtful pedagogy and play-based learning. Kelly offers 30-minute piano lessons for students interested in developing their musical skills
	NICHOLAS WHEELER Nicholas Wheeler is the Orchestra Director at Mount Pisgah Christian School. He is an active composer and performer with several local ensembles and brings that real-world musicianship into his teaching. Nicholas offers 60-minute private lessons on violin, viola, cello, and bass, and he is committed to building student confidence alongside strong skill development and musical mastery.
