THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE MOUNT PISGAH
A week dedicated to honoring the heart of our school
This week, our community followed the "Yellow Brick Road" to Faculty Appreciation Week, and it was a joyful reminder of something we already know to be true: there is no place like Mount Pisgah Christian School.
Hosted by our Patriot Parents, the week carried a Wizard of Oz theme and celebrated the heart, brains, and courage (read: endless energy!) our faculty and staff bring to campus every single day. From heart-shaped cookies and yard decorations to popcorn, coffee, frozen treats from local businesses, and thoughtful surprises, each day was designed to recognize the impact our educators make.
But some of the most meaningful moments came at the end of the week.
On Friday, every faculty and staff member received a handwritten note of gratitude. Teachers were also given personal notes from students and families, along with gift cards from Patriot Parents and refreshments courtesy of Mount Pisgah Church. The handwritten words of encouragement and prayer were a powerful reflection of who we are as a community.
Faculty Appreciation Week is about more than treats or themes. It is about honoring the people who shape minds, nurture faith, and cultivate belonging in our students each day. It is about recognizing that strong schools are built on strong relationships.
To our Patriot Parents, thank you for leading the efforts with intention and generosity. And to our faculty and staff, thank you for the heart, wisdom, and courage you bring to Mount Pisgah Christian School. There truly is no place like it.
