BUILDING SOMETHING THAT LASTS
Mr. Flint Geier, MPCS Board Member and Alum `13

For Mr. Flint Geier, Mount Pisgah Christian School has been and continues to be an integral part of his life's story and a mission he now chooses to invest his time and talents towards helping build.
A Little Bit About Flint
Flint, along with his two other siblings are proud graduates of Mount Pisgah Christian School. After graduation, Flint attended Cornell University, where he played football and studied Applied Economics and Management with a focus in Entrepreneurship.
Today, Flint works in an executive role within the healthcare industry, bringing a background in business strategy to his perspective on the Board.
In the near future, he and his wife, Kaylor, plan to relocate to Roswell, just minutes away from the Pisgah Campus.
Building for the Next Generation
Outside of his commitments to his family and work, serving on the Board has quickly become one of Flint’s most meaningful and enjoyable endeavors.
He is grateful for the opportunity to serve the community and leverage his talents to help plan success for the years ahead. “Our foundation is strong, and the work being done by the school to intentionally improve athletics, academics, and facilities represents a real opportunity to take MPCS to another level.”
Flint expressed excitement when thinking about the years ahead. This excitement stems from the acknowledgement that our school is at an inflection point. As Mount Pisgah Christian School approaches its 40th year, he believes we have the opportunity to witness unparalleled growth in the history of our school.
“What really excites me is that we’re in this moment together. The whole Pisgah family, past, present, and future, has a chance to be part of building something that will last for generations.”
“I was a student when MPCS had our first-ever high school football game. I was there for the first graduating class in 2004,” he reflects. “And if I imagine looking back 40 years from now, I hope our community says, ‘The growth in the first 40 years was impressive—but the next 40 were even more so.’”
He believes that the legacy being built by our school today will be defined by the collective faith and long-lasting commitment of our school community.
“I hope this era is remembered as a time of faith and courage,” he says. “A time when families, parents, supporters, students, and the Board all leaned in together and trusted God’s plan for the school—to steward over that plan with fierce intensity.”
A Word to Our Community
In closing, Flint’s message to families reflects both confidence and encouragement.
“To the parents: your kids are in great hands,” he shares. “I’ve seen more behind the curtain now than I ever imagined as a student, and I can tell you that the leadership, the teachers, and the staff truly have your children’s best interests at heart.”
“When I think about the future for Mount Pisgah, I think about my own children someday, the children of my former classmates, and even the children of past students who are here right now,” he says. “I want for them to be able to look back and say, ‘It was great when I was there… but it’s even better now.’”
And to our students, his encouragement is meaningfully personal and impactful.
“Enjoy this. Some of my closest friends today are people I met at Mount Pisgah over 20 years ago,” he says. “You have opportunities now that we didn’t have back then—so say yes to them. Get involved. You never know which experience is going to spark something that shapes your future.”
