All Camps are Half Day ($180.00) from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  Drop off opens at 8:30 a.m.

For Adventure Camp only: We offer Full day and Extended care available to rising 1st to 8th grades.

    Where is Adventure Camp?
    Adventure Camp for 2-year-olds to Rising 4th Graders is on our MPCS Lower School Campus (white brick).  Please enter through the front doors which will be clearly marked. 
     
    Where are Sports Camps?
    Sports Camps will be at our Patriot Athletic Field (PAC) at 9825 Brumbelow Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30022 or at The Drummond Center Gymnasium

    What portion of the day is spent outside at Adventure Camp?
    Only 45 minutes is spent outside daily.

    What should my child bring to camp?
    Campers should wear running shoes or sneakers and comfortable summer clothing and a water bottle and snack labeled with his or her name. Additionally, please bring your own lunch that does not require refrigeration if you are full day. We will not offer prepaid lunch options.

    What are the camp hours?
    All camps are half day: 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Drop-off is from 8:30 - 9:10 a.m. and pick-up is from 12:30 – 12:50 p.m.. We also offer full day and extended care for Adventure Camps only (Grades Rising 1st to Rising 4th only). 

    What is full day and extended care?
    We offer Full day and Extended care for Adventure Camps only (Grades Rising 1st to Rising 4th only).  Full day is 9:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. (Cost = $254).  Extended care morning: Opens at 7 a.m. ($50).  Extended care evening: Closes at 5:30 p.m. ($50).  Both for the week= One cost ($75).

    Can I drop my child off after 9:00 a.m.?
    We accept late drop-offs all day, You do not need to schedule a late drop-off ahead of time.

    Can I pick my camper up before 4:00 p.m.?
    We do accommodate scheduled early pick-ups. They must be checked out through the Camp Manager at the Front Door of the School for Adventure Camps and through the instructor for Sports Camps. 

    Can my camper attend a partial week of camp?
    You are welcome to register your camper for a week of camp even if he/she will only be able to attend part of that week. However, we do not pro-rate for partially attended weeks of camp. Camp is only offered at a weekly rate.
     
    Can I cancel my registration?
    Registration fees are non-refundable. When there is availability, we will transfer the registration to another week of camp for a $10 transfer fee. A no refund policy will apply to this transferred week.

    Can I cancel my full payment?
    Camp fees made in-full can not be refunded unless you bring a certified doctor’s note to the Camp Office explaining a child’s sickness. 

    What are my payment options and deadlines?
    Registration changes and cancellations must be submitted by Monday noon prior to your camper’s week of attendance. Please email MPAA@MountPisgahSchool.org to request all changes and cancellations.

    What is your policy on behavior problems?
    Parents will be contacted if there is a continuous problem of non-participation, bullying, or behavior that is disrespectful to fellow campers or camp staff. Parents will be notified after the camper has been through the following disciplinary process: warning, timeout (5-10 minutes), sit out of an activity, sent to leadership. If issues continue after parents have been contacted, the camper will be sent home for the remainder of the week. If your child is sent home for a disciplinary issue you will not be eligible for a refund for that week.

    Do you accommodate children with special needs or other specific accommodations?
    Although we desire to accommodate all children, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate children who are unable to function within our camp structure. This would include but is not limited to children who have physical disabilities, do not speak English, or need constant medical assistance throughout the day.  

    Does my child need health insurance to attend MPCS Summer Camps?
    Yes, in your registration please fill out the insurance and primary care physician information for your child. If you currently do not have insurance for your child, go to https://www.healthcare.gov/medicaid-chip/childrens-health-insurance-program/ or https://www.peachcare.org/ for affordable options.

    What if my child requires daily medication?
    How will I drop off and pick up my child?
    Students will be dropped off at a carpool line outside and picked up via a carpool lane outside.

    Does my child need to bring his/her own lunch and snacks?
    There will be no pre-ordered lunch. All students need to prepare to bring their own nut-free lunch and snack.

    Do you allow food containing peanuts or other nuts?
    MPCS Summer Camps has a no-nut policy for any food items brought to camp. Any lunch item containing nuts or nut products of any kind discovered by your child’s counselor will be sent back home with camper.

  • Mount Pisgah UMC VBS Extended Care

    We are excited to offer extended care for students in Grades Rising K -6th attending Mount Pisgah Church VBS the week of June 21 – 24 Monday – Thursday as well as Full Day Care (Friday One Day Camp) for students on Friday, June 25th from 9:00-3:30pm.

    Extended Care
    Extended Care is offered from June 21 – 24; Monday – Thursday from 1:00 – 3:30pm on the Mount Pisgah Christian School campus.  The cost is $125 for the total of four days and can not be prorated. Students attending the Mount Pisgah Church VBS will be picked up by the Big Bus at the church and driven to MPCS Lower School Campus (Grades Rising K- Rising 4th) or to MPCS Middle School Campus (Grades Rising 5th and Rising 6th).    

    Pick from Extended Care:
    3:30pm Grades Rising 1st- Rising 4th Grade:  should be picked up at MPCS Lower School South Hall (the White Building).  You will need to come in and sign out your child. 

    3:30pm Grades Rising 5th & Rising 6th Grade:
     should be picked up at MPCS Middle School (the Red brick buildings).   You will need to sign out your child at the Flag poles.  If it is raining, please park and come into the MS Building to check out your child. 

    Full Day Care for Friday, June 25 Option: 
    For Students in Grades Rising K - Rising 8th attending Mount Pisgah Church VBS Monday – Thursday and need child care Friday, June 25th, cost is $45!  Camp starts at 9:00am and ends at 3:30pm. 

    Level I: Grades Rising K- 4th Grade.  (Lower School Campus/ White Building) Drop Off and Pick up at South Hall at 3:30pm.

    Level II: Grades Rising 5th Grade - 6th. (Middle School Campus/ Red Brick Building) Drop Off and Pick up at MS Front Lobby at 3:30pm.

    Your child will then be in the care of MPCS Teachers and Counselors. Wear summer camp clothes with sneakers and don't forget your WATER BOTTLE!
