Danaye Martin: Honors Performance Series Finalist

Congratulations to junior Danaye Martin, who performed as part of the Honors Treble Choir in Carnegie Hall last week. Danaye was invited to apply over the summer to the Honors Performance Series and was accepted as a finalist from candidates around the world in the fall.

She was given five songs to learn before arriving in New York on February 1st. They started rehearsals on Feb. 2, rehearsing from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. for two days before their performance on Feb. 4. They did many fun activities as well, such as seeing a Broadway show and visiting the Top of the Rock Observatory.
