Health Update

The events team has been hard at work to make sure your event can be held safely and successfully at Mount Pisgah. All of our venues are following the recommended guidelines for indoor capacity limitations and have the added bonus of outdoor areas for extra spacing. Each venue is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after every use, and social distancing and health reminders have been posted around each venue. We miss helping you plan your perfect recitals, meetings, fundraisers and other life celebrations. We’re here for you when you’re ready to safely meet and celebrate!

Facilities Guidelines

  • Please note that smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the premises 
  • No pets allowed
  • No glitter, confetti or helium balloons can be used 
  • Furniture should only be moved by MPCS staff members  
  • Cleaning fee is included, however guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in 
  • Guest must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and they should factor this setup and teardown time in their booking hours
  • You will be granted access to the space 15 minutes before your booking time

Rental Rates:

Family Life Center | The FLC  

Rental Rates: 

GYM Access Only (no food or drinks allowed): $50.00/hr | 2 hr minimum

GYM and Cafeteria Access: $75.00/hr | 2 hr minimum

Cleaning Fee:

▪One Day Rental - $75.00

▪Long Term Rental (2 or more days) - $50.00

▪Full table and chair setup Fee - $125.00
