The Lower School Early Bird Program is an early arrival program for K- 4th grade students enrolled at Mount Pisgah Christian School. Parents must drop-off students in room A127, no carpool drop-off is permitted for early arrival.
Hours of Operation Early Bird study hall is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 7 a.m.
Wednesday Late Arrival Early Bird begins at 7 a.m. for Early Bird students. Doors open at 8:45 a.m. for all students.
Policy of Payment Mount Pisgah Christian School uses FACTS for all tuition payments. Your monthly tuition will be collected through FACTS each month September 2018– May 2019. The Months of August and May are prorated. Fees/Withdrawal notice $70/month $10 Drop-In fee: A drop in fee will apply to those students not attending on a regular schedule. A two week notice must be given prior to withdrawal date from the program. My signature below indicates my understanding of the obligation for payment for the Early Bird tuition, and that it will be automatically be charged to my FACTS account. I understand the monthly tuition is the same each month regardless of the number of days in the month, days missed due to illness, inclement weather or school closing.
Our after school program is known in the community for the high quality care we provide for children of working parents. If you are new to Mount Pisgah we hope you will soon feel a part of our family as we get to know each other and begin building a strong relationship with you. We have proudly served the Johns Creek community for more than 20 years as an after school care provider and are glad to have your family here.
Completing registration forms can be overwhelming so we have consolidated as many forms as possible to make your job easier as well as environmentally conscious. We rely on the data that you provide on the Student Information Card in order to act in case of an emergency; therefore please take your time and complete all pertinent information in its entirety to provide full names, addresses, telephone numbers, medical and allergy information.
We are pleased to offer our Mount Pisgah families that are enrolled in the lower school a discount on our services. No additional forms are required, your discount will be applied in the finance office.

Due to Inclement Weather: We follow the Fulton County calendar and/or the Independent School calendar. In the event of inclement weather warranting school closing for Fulton County Schools, our program will also be closed. In the event of a closing, parents will be notified via ParentAlert text and or email from Program Director.
In the event of Midday Closing, parents will be responsible for picking up their child(ren) at their respective school, as we are unable to contact all parents by telephone. Please monitor all news reports throughout the day in anticipation of midday closings. In the event of a closing, parents will be notified via ParentAlert text and or email from Program Director.
Emergency Procedures: Severe weather will be closely monitored by the school. Staff members are trained in appropriate emergency and evacuation procedures, CPR, and first aid. Evacuation and emergency plans are reviewed and updated periodically. Fire and emergency drills are held throughout the year.
