The Instructional Coaching Group presents Jim Knight’s The Impact Cycle Workshop to help coaches and administrators foster powerful improvements in teaching. The Impact Cycle workshop includes two days of hands-on training to equip coaches and administrators to implement a research-based coaching cycle. Coaches will leave prepared to leads teachers through the process of identifying current reality, setting clear instructional goals, practicing new teaching strategies, and tracking data on student achievement.

This workshop is ideal for anyone in a coaching role that supports teachers in their professional growth. Roles such as:
