On an ongoing basis, MPCS goes above and beyond to attract and retain outstanding teachers and coaches. Compensation is competitive and benefits include health and life insurance, paid vacation, and retirement. Continuing education is highly valued at Mount Pisgah. Teachers may take advantage of more than 30 hours of on-site professional development annually, numerous off-site workshops and seminars and reimbursement for approved advanced studies.
